Beetroot Curd Pachadi

  1.  Beetroot 2 large or 3 medium
  2. Green Chillies 2 to 3 (finely chopped)
  3. Fresh curd 1 to 2 cups
  4. Salt to taste.
  1. Cut the beets into 2 to 4 pieces and pressure cook them.
  2. After the cooker cools remove the beets and peel the skins ( The skins will peel of very easily)
  3. Using a grater, grate the boiled beets into a salad bowl.
  4. Add the finely chopped green chillies.
  5. Add the curd, a pinch of salt and mix without mashing the beet.
