Broccoli Soup with Cheese

Ingredients for 2
  1. Fresh broccoli florets              - 2 to 3 cups
  2. Goat cheese/Cheddar Cheese -  two thin slices  
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Fresh cream (optional)           - 2 teaspoon
Preparation:
  1. Wash the Broccoli florets thoroughly
  2. In a bowl of boiling water, add the broccoli florets
  3. Add some salt
  4. Once the broccoli is cooked, pour the hot , cooked florets in the blender without adding any water
  5. Grind the florets thoroughly
  6. Place the cheese slices in the bottom of a soup bowl and gently pour the thick hot broccoli soup. Add a spoon of cream over the top and serve
  7. Salt and pepper can be added if needed
