Capsicum - Potato dish



Ingredients:
  1. Capsicum 4 - cut into small pieces
  2. Potato big 2 - boiled , peeled and diced
  3. Tomato 3 - cut into pieces
  4. Oil 2-3 teaspoons
  5. Mustard 1 teaspoon
  6. Jeera 1 teaspoon
  7. Red Chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon
Preparation:
  1. In a kadai add oil, mustard seeds, jeera .
  2. After the mustard splutters, add tomato pieces, chilli powder, salt.
  3. Saute for a minute and add the capsicum pieces.
  4. When the capsicum turns soft, add the potato pieces and add one more teaspoon of oil.
  5. Turn the vegetables thoroughly till the capsicum and the potatoes are slightly roasted.
This goes well with jeera rice, plain rice, rotis and even toasted bread.
