Tomato Curd Pachadi

தக்காளி  தயிர் பச்சடி


Ingredients
  1. Ripe tomatoes 3-4
  2. Curd 2 cups
  3. Onion big -1
  4. Fresh coriander leaves - a few
Preparation:
  1. Dice the tomato into small pieces.
  2. Cut the onions into small pieces.
  3. In bowl, pour the curd add salt and stir lightly.
  4. Add the tomato and onion pieces and stir lightly.
  5. Garnish with coriander leaves.
Method 2: ( no onions) 
  1. In a few drops of oil add a tea spoon of  mustard seeds and after it splutters add the tomato pieces,a pinch of chilli powder and lightly fry them.
  2. In bowl, pour the curd add salt and stir lightly.
  3. Add the tomato and mix lightly. ( the color of the curd will become a little red because of the tomato)
  4. Garnish with coriander leaves.
